Experience luxury and elegance at this conveniently situated residence. This exquisite Georgian property, imbued with a rich historical background, is ideally located just a short stroll away from the captivating medieval town of Shrewsbury. Boasting two bedrooms and two living areas. Indulge in a tranquil and pleasurable stay, enveloped in the cozy embrace of Hygge-style comforts such as snug blankets & underfloor heating, carefully provided for your utmost enjoyment during your stay.

The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay; the table in the kitchen sits four however, if the weather is good, the outside sits around 10, there's a coffee maker with a milk frother for you to enjoy a cappuccino.

The rooms are tastefully decorated in calming Farrow and Ball colours; the bedrooms offer serious comfort with Egyptian cotton sheets and quality luxury mattresses. The bathroom has the most oversized waterfall shower we could squeeze into the space for a hot refreshing shower experience which includes Molten Brown products.

We have children and appreciate they like their own space (as do we on occasion), so we’ve created a cosy, safe basement room as their hangout. Kitted out with board games, PlayStation, bean bag and a very comfy sofa bed/chaise!

From the kitchen, there is a private patio area, ideal for morning coffee and pastries; claim your seat with our fabulous swinging egg chair for extreme comfort, then stroll along the pathway, which opens up to the most beautiful walled garden for you to explore, the sunshine envelopes the garden most of the day.

Why not enjoy an English cream tea listening to the birds amongst the Apple and Pear trees with the Victorian barn (The Malt House) as your backdrop? This makes the perfect secluded hideaway for lazing in the sunshine. Pour yourself a refreshing glass of chilled rosé and enjoy a game of French Boules while the children play with our pop-up badminton set that’s bound to be a real hit.

Evening time you can fire up a BBQ, light the fire pit and relax on the outdoor seating for the ultimate unwind.

On the doorstep, you will find two excellent pubs, and an Indian takeaway is less than a five-minute walk, next door to a very well-stocked convenience store.

Walk out of the property, turn left and you'll find the river walk, which is a very short distance to the West Mid Showground.

The house is a short distance from the beautiful town of Shrewsbury and offers plenty of beauty and charm. Wandering around Shrewsbury town feels like stepping back in time with beautiful old Tudor buildings and cobbled streets on every corner. Shrewsbury’s town centre is almost an island, encircled by a meandering loop of the River Severn. Within its loop are distinctive churches, Shrewsbury Castle, beautiful timber-framed houses and a sweeping riverside parkland known as the Quarry or Quarry Park.

Cobbled streets packed with quirky places to eat, excellent cafés and one-off delis. Bars and restaurants that you’ll be happy to head to for classic cocktails and the best beers. You’ll find all you’re after in Shrewsbury.

Shrewsbury is one of the few places where independent shops still outnumber the 'big chains'.

The key box and entry is at the side of the property down the path way. This will continue to be your entry and exit point throughout your stay.

The place is completely yours for the duration of your stay, we have a shop in town so always available for you if you need anything…

Quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.
10 minute walk from the train station

Parking is limited however we’ve never struggled getting a spot.

There only road side parking, however there’s a lay-by 50 metres away you can park in the evening, and plenty of roadside parking along the adjacent road.
